Visitor Parking at 169 Lees Avenue.

Any and all information collected through this parking registration form will be used only for parking control purposes at our property.  We do not share personal or any submitted information with any individual/party/company outside of Bona Building & Management at 169 Lees Ave or the tenant within the building you are visiting. The leaseholder of the apartment your car is registered to be visiting may be contacted by building management if the car is in contravention to our parking rules and regulations as described below, or should the vehicle need to be moved in case of an emergency.

General Parking Regulations

• No parking in the drive through areas in front of the building.
• No parking along curbs or driveway areas.
• Parking signs MUST be obeyed at all times.
• Should the visitor’s lots be full, visitor cars must be parked OFF PROPERTY.

Visitor Parking Regulations

• The following rules apply to ALL VISITOR vehicles.
• Visitors must park only in the designated visitor’s area(s).   
• Without blocking other vehicles. 
• Tenants must never park their cars in the visitor’s parking lot.
• All visitors must be registered at all times.      
• Maximum time in the visitor’s parking lot is 6 hours a day and/or a maximum of 3 days in a 7 day period.
• Overnight parking in the Visitor’s lot is strictly prohibited. Any vehicle in the lot between 1:00am and 6:00am is subject to ticketing and/or towing.
• Visitor parking areas are ONLY for use by people visiting a tenant in the building. Visitors cannot leave the property if their car is parked on-site.

Should you require extended parking (more than described in regulations above), please visit the Rental Office to make arrangements.

NON REGISTERED VEHICLES, OR THOSE IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE REGULATIONS, WILL BE SUBJECT TO TICKETING AND/OR TOWING AT THE EXPENSE OF THE VEHICLES OWNER.
